This year the camping, caravanning, B and B weekend away will be in the Yorkshire Dales near Hawes and centred around Shaw Ghyll Farm Camping and Caravan site. The site is just ¾ mile from the Green Dragon pub (good choice of real ales) and 2 miles from Hawes. Cost is approx £5/single tent per nt; £20/caravan. Electrical hook-ups and shower/toilet block available. A £5 deposit will be required from those reserving a place and bookings will close after the club walk on Saturday 23rd February. Shaw Ghyll is a compact site with limited tent space so I’m afraid it will be “first come, first served”. Those wishing to stay B&B or Guesthouse have lots of choices available – in Hawes or Appersett, but they should make their own arrangements. Shared transport available for campers.
