afwclogo Yorkshire Dales, Wensleydale, Saturday 10 December 2011This is a reminder of the next walk and to provide you with the information sheet. Instructions for booking your place, (if you haven’t already done so), are on the sheet which is attached.

Darkness will descend around 4.00 pm and, besides encouraging walkers to arrive at the finish in good time, this provides us with the opportunity to run a quiz. The end of walk party will be held in the Crown Inn, Askrigg. Sandwiches and chips will be laid on circa 4.30 pm (at a nominal charge per head) and the quiz will follow at approx 5.00 pm. There’ll be prizes for 1st & 2nd placed teams (max 5 per team, please!) and course, the coach will depart promptly at 6.30 pm as usual.

Best wishes,

Barry

Now that we are starting a new walking year and because there are a number of people who joined us this year, I have also attached:

– “Guidance notes for members” that include what to do in an emergency.

– A list of the walks for 2011 in pdf form.
