2013 Annual General Meeting – Agenda and 2014 Walks Voting sheet
The Annual General Meeting of the Aycliffe Fell Walking Club will be held in the INEOS Sports and Social Club Pavilion (School Aycliffe Lane, Newton Aycliffe, DL5 6EA) on Wednesday 6th November 2013 at 7:30pm.
The bar will be open and there will be a computer and projector so that you can show your photographs or video clips after the AGM. Part of the meeting will be dedicated to voting to select the walks for 2014. The agenda is attached.

2. The time has come to collect suggestions for the 2012 walks. We will receive these on the Hadrians Wall walk or you can send them by email to Alan Holmes on ahpatsol@btinternet.com. Everyone at the AGM will vote on the nominations to select those for 2012.
